If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us then return the product unused in its original condition within 28 days of receipt, ensuring that the product is free from any hairs, stains, odours, wrinkling, stretching, or laundering.

The product must include the original packaging.

Please make a copy of the invoice for your records and insure you enclose your original invoice (copies will not be accepted). If the goods are returned as detailed above, we will issue a full refund (excluding postage and packing costs) within 28 days.

If goods are returned without informing us first, we will issue a refund excluding costs for postage and packing.

We reserve the right to, at our discretion, cancel any order placed with us. If your order has not shipped, you will not be charged.
