If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the product to us unused in its original condition within 28 days of receipt, ensuring that the product is free from any hairs, stains, odours, wrinkling, stretching, or laundering. The product must include the original packaging. Please make sure you enclose your invoice (copies will not be accepted). If the goods are returned as detailed above, we will issue a full refund (excluding postage and packing costs) within 28 days.
